Which documents will I require to rent a car?

Passport and driving license.

What’s the driver age requirements?

19 years old and above.

Is there a minimum rental day(s)?

Yes, it is at least two days.

Are the cars deep cleaned?

Always.

Where is it located?

At the SSR International Airport Mauritius.

Where is the pickup place?

At the car rental counter outside Arrivals, desk no 6.

Are the cars well maintained and new?

Our cars are serviced regularly and undergo a road-readiness inspection. All cars are less than 5 years old.

How am I reassured that damages on the car were not caused by me?

A checklist is carried out before car delivery to prevent any confusion on car damages.

Do you provide car seats for children and/or babies?

Yes, however car seats must only be booked at the counter itself, not online.

What if I want to extend the rental period?

Email us at info@carrentalmauritius-zenia.com at least a day before so we can re-arrange pricing and availability.

How does the payment procedure work?

Pay either a 25% deposit to confirm your booking or pay full directly in advance.

What if I have trouble with payment?

It can happen sometimes. Send us an email and pay on the day itself at the counter.
